Residential Real Estate Prices have really driven down by the fear of Foreclosures Tsunami, we all have been hearing about. I recently pulled a list of houses under $250,000 and I found houses all over Suffolk, Nassau and Queens County. It was hard to find prices under $400,000 before. But Time has changed.
